ich muss mal meine Teig-Skills anlässlich des Ooni Karu nochmal stählen. ich glaube, zuletzt war meine Pizza zu dünn. Würdest Du sagen, für 23 bis 30 cm Pizzen sind 250 Gramm pro Ball optimal? Ich hatte sie bisher immer dünner gemacht...
