Ich habs ja schon mal gesagt, Deutschland ist nach dem Doppelschlag Kohl/Merkel (mit kleinem Gazprom Gerd Intermezzo) als Staat weitgehend handlungsunfähig (in vielen Fällen auch willig). Spätestens Corona hat das überdeutlich gezeigt.
