Real estate NFTs werden tatsaechlich kommen. Hab auch keine Lust alles zu erklaeren, weil mich hier meist eh keiner versteht, aber du bist doch king of google check mal Genesis Shards oder Spectral Finance nur um mal so eine idee zu bekommen in welche anderen richtungen es geht. Zu SF habe ich gerade auch mal diesen text da brauchste nicht mal googlen:
