Demzufolge dürfte Kamala Harris also nicht 3 Amtszeiten regieren, es sei denn, dass sie Biden erst im (vor-)letzten Amtsjahr ersetzt und somit in der kommenden Legislaturperiode nicht mehr als 2 Jahre das Amt des Präsidenten ausführt.
