Diese Geschichte ist an mir ja völligst vorbeigegangen:

Heute hatte ich das Macbook erstmals an einem Apple Cinema Display dran und kann bestätigen, dass die Lüfter sofort auf über 5000 RPM aufdrehen. Kabel zum Monitor ab, und die Lüfter beruhigen sich wieder. Wie kommt denn so ein Lüfterverhalten durch die Qualitätskontrolle?! Dass die GPU auf einmal das Vierfache an Watt zieht muss doch auffallen?!
Auch wenn ich üblicherweise keinen externen Monitor mit dem Macbook nutze, hoffe ich, dass das Problem per Software-Update gelöst werden kann. Bei dem Lärm könnte ich nicht arbeiten.
Hoffnung lese ich gerade zmdst im offiziellen Apple Forum:

I just called Apple support (5th or 6th time) and finally I have good news!
The technician said they could not do anything right now because our problem is known to Apple engineers and they are working on an update that will fix it.
It may take a week, two, three or more, but they cannot do anything else because of the procedures until the update will be ready.
