Die 100% kostenlos und trotzdem Top Lösung bei mir ist in dem Fall Gimp als Grafikprogramm und Davinci Resolve für den Videoschnitt.
Wie stark Gimp bei den Funktionen kastriert ist im Gegensatz zu Photoshop kann ich nicht sagen. Davinci Resolve ist in erster Linie eine professionelle Color Grading Software, aber kann auch ziemlich gut Videoschnitt und seit den letzten updates sogar VFX compositing durch fusion Integration :)
