Es gibt ja nicht nur iCloud-Kontakte. In der iCloud siehst du nur Kontakte, die du auch in iCloud angelegt hast (egal ob am iPhone, im Browser oder wo auch immer). Alle anderen (z.B. Google-Kontakte, Exchange-Kontakte, usw.) haben mit iCloud nichts zu tun.
