Hier mal genauer. Nachdem mich Sven Mittag ja bei meinem letzten Post zurecht gerügt hat, dass mein Kommentar zu den AK-Tests zu vereinfacht war, hier mal genauere Daten.
Ich hatte damals als Beispiel gepostet, dass wenn man einen Test mit 96% Spezifität hernimmt, ein paar tausend Leute damit testet und zum Beispiel 4% Positive hat, man gar keine wirkliche Aussage treffen kann, wieviel Prozent der Bevölkerung jetzt wirklich Covid hatten, da man eine theoretische Anzahl falsch Positiver mit im Hinterkopf halten muss.
Das ist natürlich viel zu einfach gedacht und entspricht nicht der Realität.
In dieser Metaanalyse wird das ganze einmal genauer untersucht, und da zeigt sich eine entsprechend genauere Modellierung.
