Deine zwei Auszüge beziehen sich doch nur auf den Eigenschutz - dass dieser gerade mit einfachen Masken wenn überhaupt nur wenige Prozent bringt, ist doch schon lange bekannt. Es geht um den Fremdschutz und bei ausreichender Breite der Nutzung um den Schutz der Gruppe.
Zumal auch 3% einen Unterschied machen würden, wenn es um eine exponentielle Verbreitung und den wirtschaftlichen Schaden geht.
