Further to our telephone conversation earlier, as requested we are confirming that subject to you cancelling your existing holiday booking with booking.com, we will hold to your credit the amount of €495.90.
As discussed, booking.com may ask you to confirm that you accept that your holiday booking is not refundable, and you should confirm that to them.
You can use this credit for a future holiday booking at the resort, to be taken any time up to 13 months from the date of this email. If the cost of your future holiday booking exceeds the value of your credit, you will only have to pay the difference in value.
We will also waive our normal €50 re-booking fee.
Please contact us when you wish to make a new reservation; we look forward to welcoming you on holiday in the not too distant future
