Vor ein paar Jahren hieß es von Kevin Smith AFAIR, das der Film nicht mehr kommen wird, da Jeff Anderson (Randal) dank hollywood accounting um Prämien für den Erfolg von Clerks 2 beschissen wurde und deshalb keinen Bock mehr auf das Business hat.
Offenbar haben sich die Herren aber doch noch zusammen gerauft:
