The Developer:
Archetype Entertainment is a Texas-based studio and subsidiary of Hasbro, and is a pocket division of developer and publisher, Wizards of the Coast.
The Story and Gameplay:
You will play as an interstellar scout of humanity known as a 'traveler.' An alien foe called 'celestials' are the antagonists of the game, and are a threat human life on what appears to be a planetary scale. It falls to you to jump to distant star systems, explore, battle the celestials, and piece together a solution to humanity's ails.
Exploration appears to be a major feature of Exodus, given the immense landscapes you will traverse and the eye-watering visuals of this emerging RPG juggernaut, though it remains unclear as to whether piloting your spacecraft manually will be possible.
