Energy saving mode makes the console go in to a low power state when you first shut it off and then after about 20 minutes or so it fully powers down.
The full shutdown option is just there so you can fully power it down instantly in case FredLaBot wanting to unplug it or something.
Instant on keeps the console in a low power state indefinitely while it's turned off.
Ganz sinnvoll erscheinen die ersten zwei Optionen aber nicht. 20 Minuten? Für was? Cloud Saves oder Updates?
