Dear Arcade1up,
I have ordered an Outrun sitdown machine from your German distributor
WorldWideDistribution ( https://www.worldwidedistribution.de/ )
in January 2021. They still have not delivered the machine and claim
supply issues with you as the reason.
Some friends have also not received their Ridge Racer machine for months
I know that is basically not your problem, but have there really been
this huge supply issues with these cabinets for
such a long time?
Is there any other way to get hold of an Outrun sitdown in Germany?

Hi Sebastian,
We have recently found out about this issue and we were shocked because such a wait time is unacceptable. Head Office launched an investigation and found out that WWD likely oversold or never had an agreement with our European distributor to bring in the specific arcades.
It is not that we have not supplied them but that WWD never asked for them and is selling them despite knowing that they do not have them.
