Zynga stock was soaring following the news that it will be acquired by Take-Two Interactive in a cash-and-stock deal with an enterprise value of $12.7 billion.
Tja, hätte ich mal noch ZNGA-Aktien (damals für um die $3 verkauft). So oder so, der Deal hat mich schon überrascht, habe allerdings Zyngas inhaltliche Entwicklung in den letzten Jahren auch nicht mehr weiter verfolgt. Take Two wird schon wissen, was sie da tun.
