I pulled a customer list for any accounts that were active our first year(2015) and had placed at least one order last year. If you feel there was an error please open a support ticket and I'll be happy to check into it for you. Please note, accounts are tied to your email, so if you have multiple accounts via different email addresses that would affect this.
