So from Shippy King's mouth — we weren't told from our shipping partners that the UK not being part of EU should affect the fact that we're paying DDP for Germany! So... this definitely shouldn't be happening. Open a ticket for sure so you can give more details to Support and we can look into it.
Also wenn jemand betroffen ist, auf jeden Fall ein Ticket schreiben.
