Dear Legends! As the next generation of Xbox and PlayStation consoles is just around the corner, questions about Legend’s compatibility begin to pile up. This message should bring a bit of clarity to the issue.
When it comes to Xbox Series S/X, we’ve been able to prepare pretty well and there shouldn’t be any significant delays between new hardware and Legends release in November. Initial improvements, however, will be limited to higher base FPS and better 4K performance.
PlayStation on the other hand will take some more time. This is largely due to COVID limitations, unfortunately. The current expectation is to deliver the game for PlayStation 5 in a few months after its release. First improvements will be similar to those found on Xbox.
Accounts in both cases will carry on, I.e. if you’ve played on PS4, you’ll be able to simply continue your journey on PS5.
Once Legends are out and stable on both next-gen consoles we will begin working on further graphics enhancements.
