All is well with the shipment. Your order is sending through our APC international port forwarding partner. APC shipments are sent in bulk from our packing facility about once every week normally but we have been preparing a rather large bulk of international parcels due to a high volume of orders which pushed us back a few weeks. The bulk shipment was picked up for transit to APC August 13th and is currently en route.
Once the bulk shipment arrives and is processed by APC, tracking will show update that your order has been received and will soon export from US customs. Tracking may go silent for a bit as the order travels internationally but will show information again once it arrives to your local customs office.
