Daher habe ich mich an Spiral Galaxy Games gewandt, die auch prompt schrieben:
Dennis,
I’m terribly sorry it’s not arrived yet. Your parcel was dispatched on 13th November and we normally expect deliveries to be made within 3-5 working days.
However, Fangamer only contracted us for an untracked service, and delivery in some instances can take up to 21 days, which would put the maximum delivery date as 04th December. This is very unlikely to be the case in Germany, and I would expect you to receive your game any day now.
I appreciate that you have had a long wait for this game, and again would like to apologise that it has not arrived for the release date. Keep an eye out for any collection cards that may be left by your postman, in case they feel they are unable to post it through your door/ mailbox.
I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, but I do hope it has been helpful.
