Curiously from the web portal - which is limited to 1080p, Stadia seems to run RDR2 at 60fps, but having rechecked our Chromecast captures, all are 30fps. Dazu ein Framerate-Graph, der 60fps mit vereinzelten Einbrüchen zeigt, das 1080p-Bild aber auch ganz schön blurry / mit Kompressionsartefakten belastet ist:

Ich habe nun auch mehrfach gelesen, dass die Latenz / Performance im Browser (und wohl auch via Pixel Phones) viel besser sein soll als am TV über Chromecast Ultra.
