Usually when something happens DHL contacts us directly. DHL Spain contacted us yesterday about a German order asking us for a copy of the invoice in English, as we sent spanish invoices, we provided this and they unlocked the shipment.
We will be contacting DHL tomorrow about your shipment (today is national party in Spain and all our shipments are processed by DHL Spain), but it may be a good idea if you could contact DHL also, we got reports of ppl getting the shipment unlocked after calling DHL Germany.
