Als wenn Dir ein Vertriebsmitarbeiter irgendwas von Problemen erzählen würde, bevor Du den Vertrag unterschrieben hast. Mangels Erfahrung wusste er es aber wohl tatsächlich selbst nicht, da man eigentlich gar keinen DHL Account in Andorra eröffnen kann und das nur durch den schon bestehenden Account aus Spanien und das Unwissen des DHL-Vertriebs zustande kam.

Ein paar ältere Aussagen zum Thema:

basically the process is: dhl sends invoices and labels to customs, then customs have to approve the shipment (export), if they say yes, dhl sends the packets to customs to clearance / usual dhl does the scanning, but as they haven't processed the 7 packets i sent last friday (with neosd pros), i decided to waste 2 hours of my time scanning, so they only have to forward an email
