Ganz so easy auch nicht, aber du hast nicht unrecht. Es geht übrigens um:

Irgendetwas in der Bilanz steht, ist nicht mehr das wert, wie es bis Anfang des 3. Quartals in den Büchern stand. Also nicht unbedingt etwas, was mit dem operativen Geschäft zu tun haben muss. Aber: eben jenes läuft im AFAIR rentabelsten Bereich, dem Handel mit gebrauchter HW/SW, nicht mehr so rund. Da liegt die Gefahr.
Übrigens scheinen sie einen Verkauf oder eine Beteilung eines Dritten zu prüfen:
"Consequently, the company has now revised its 2018 guidance and said it is talking with "third parties" regarding a "possible transaction as part of the comprehensive review of strategic and financial alternatives currently being undertaken by the company’s board of directors".
