Looks like the intial launch for Into the Breach on Switch leaves some people on a black screen for longer than you'd expect -- it does ultimately work though. We'll be looking into this ASAP, sorry about the initial concerns it might cause!
Update to this: If the issue continues, restarting your Switch system should resolve it. We're still trying to figure out why it's happening.
