Schau mal unter System -> Tutorial -> Daily Life -> Confidant Location
Dort steht: "When looking at the Rail Map, a card icon may appear by the name of a station. This hints that there may be one or more confidants in the area. You can view the name of the confidants and information about the area by pressing the Square Button. Try checking if no one has sent you an invitation."

Aber keine Panik, die persönlichen Statuswerte (Charm, Guts usw.) brauchst du sowieso alle. Bei vielen Confidants braucht man irgendwann Rang 4 oder sogar 5, einige lassen sich sonst erst gar nicht starten oder brauchen sogar noch einen zweiten Stat. Es war also keine Zeitverschwendung, wenn du die jetzt zuerst gesteigert hast.
