Apparently the story revolves around a younger Handsome Jack, who is after a powerful alien artifact. You play one of Jack's four lieutenants: Athena The Gladiator, Wilhelm The Enforcer, Nisha The Lawbringer and Fragtrap, a militarised claptrap. The game is set on the moon of Elpis and Hyperion's H-shaped base, both of which can be seen from Pandora in Borderlands 2.
Elsewhere, there's a new class of weapon: the Cryo, and low gravity to contend with (jetpacks help you get around). Oxygen is also important. You loot it and must manage your reserve to stay alive.

Hmm, warum nicht? Die Borderlands 2 Engine war gut (kenne nur die 360-Version), da kann man sicher noch was ordentliches mit schrauben. Gearbox bastelt in der Zeit an einem richtigen Teil 3 :)
