Vollkommener Unfug. Nimm halt DeCecco oder LaMolisana, also Nudeln, die "al bronzo" sind. Barilla hat dafür auch eine eigene Serie mittlerweile. Ist auch ok, kommt imo aber nicht an DeCecco ran. Die sind mein Hersteller der Wahl.
