Der imho entscheidende Knackpunkt, dem sich die AI-Anbieter in der EU fügen müssten: [i;The AI Act specifies requirements for developers of “foundation models” such as ChatGPT, including provisions to ensure that their training data doesn’t violate copyright law.]
