Ich hatte ebenso nach 10-20 Minuten Abstürze bei Diablo 4.
Habe dann folgendes gemacht und seit dem keine Abstürze mehr:
" I changed the VRAM to 4G (Turn off the steamdeck, hold the volume up button and on button at the same time and then let go when you hear the boot sound. Select Utility and then Advanced and select "UMA frame buffer size" to 4G."
Vielleicht hilft es ja...
