Try this and let me know if this works
1.?Go to **Settings** on your PS5.
2.?Navigate to **Network**.
3.?Select **Settings** > **Set Up Internet Connection**.
4.?Choose your **WiFi network**.
5.?Go into **Advanced Settings**.
6.?Change the **Primary DNS** to `8.8.8.8`.
7.?Change the **Secondary DNS** to `8.8.4.4`.
8.?Save these settings.
After completing these steps, your PS5 should connect to online services.
